  6.   A new and independent record label. SubKelvin is a division of
  7.    Jotocorp inc.  SubKelvin needs:  musicians and gfx/ascii/ansi
  8.    artists. HPAVC recommended. If you produce underground stuff
  9.   but still want to belong somewhere, you can release it under
  10.    SubKelvin. We have no members, only  productions. We have no
  11.     group structure and/or policy. Everyone who feels like it can
  12.      release stuff under SubKelvin. Distro's wanted. Feel free to
  13.     apply to outlandm@netland.nl  or any other SubKelvin member.
  14.     No prior permission is  required to release something under
  15.    SubKelvin. Just state the production has been released under
  16.   SubKelvin and  spread it as far as you can. Inform your local
  17.    sysop about  SubKelvin and  ask him if he  wants  to join. No
  18.     prior permission is needed to start a distro. Never is a distro
  19.    obliged to hold all the SubKelvin releases.
  20.         To put it another way: SubKelvin is run by nobody!
